In 2006 we made a trip to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgystan. And because I think every country deserves an own place on my website, I made three different pages. Here you can find a photo-report of our visit to Tajikistan. We made a seven-day trip through the western Pamir mountains, round the summit of the 5500m (1800ft) high Tshimtarga. We hiked through a beautiful blue-laked landscape, and visited the welcoming shepherds of the Pamir Mountains.
