2006
In 2006 we made a trip to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgystan. And because I think every country deserves an own place on my website, I made three different pages. Here you can see a photo-report of our five-day trekking through the Tiön Shan Mountains in Kyrgystan. The average walking height was 2500m (8300ft), the temperatures were high, and the mountains were beautiful. See for yourself.

Here you can find a photo-report of our visit to Tajikistan. We made a seven-day trip through the western Pamir mountains, round the summit of the 5500m (1800ft) high Tshimtarga. We hiked through a beautiful blue-laked landscape, and visited the welcoming shepherds of the Pamir Mountains.
